Integrated Smart Medical Record System with Fingerprint and National Electronic Identity Card Authentication

Abstrak
This research developed a smart technology for medical record system in local hospital. This medical record system provides an integration between medical record system and medical service center which means this system could be centralized managed and organized by medical service center (main server) , could be used effectively and efficiently by several medical records such as; hospital, clinic, private clinic, PUSKESMAS (Indonesian Health Center), which distributed around the land and even could be used by government’s public health department to implement health’s decree or studies. This system consists several functionalities such as; the recording of patient’s medical record, the recording of paramedic’s examination history, medical record data management, the recording of patient’s and paramedic’s fingerprint data, the recording of patients and paramedics unique RFID in their Indonesian electronic id card, the patients authentication based on their fingerprint data and their unique RFID in their electronic id card, and the paramedics authentication based on their fingerprint data and unique RFID for credential/ system access needs.
